1. Our commitment
EchoGenic is committed to making its website and product usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies. We aim to follow WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our practical accessibility standard.
2. What we work toward
- Keyboard access for navigation, forms, dialogs, and core workflows.
- Semantic structure, clear labels, useful focus states, and descriptive error messages.
- Sufficient color contrast and information that is not communicated by color alone.
- Responsive layouts and support for zoom, text resizing, and reduced-motion preferences.
- Alternative text or equivalent context for meaningful non-text content.
3. Known limitations
Some complex record tables, third-party security widgets, uploaded documents, or visual pedigree and breeding information may not yet provide an equally effective experience in every assistive technology. We prioritize issues that block access to essential workflows.
4. Feedback and assistance
If you encounter a barrier, use the Contact page and select “Accessibility feedback.” Tell us the page or workflow, what happened, the browser or assistive technology used, and the format or accommodation that would help. We will respond and work toward a practical solution.
